Welcome to Cooking School! This is a 3-part series focusing on the kitchen that all home-chefs should master!  Get ready for life after grilled cheese and pizza! 

101 - Learn to make from scratch: blanched asparagus with a drizzled vinaigrette, creamy and rich mac-and-cheese, burger sliders with a fried egg topped with aioli.  Oct 5th 6pm

102 - Mother Sauces - Hollandaise, Tomato Sauce, Béchamel, Espagnole, & Veloute.  Nov 2nd 6pm

103 - Holiday food prep and the best side dishes ever!  Dec 5th 6pm

$100 for all three courses (Normally $125 if bought individually)
