Fill, seal and cook delectable dumplings, pierogis, empanadas, gyoza, pasta, and more with this hinged dumpling press. Compact, dishwasher safe and made of durable stainless steel.
1. Open dumpling maker and lay wonton or dough across both halves of press.
2. Spoon ﬁlling inside, no more than 2 Tbsp.
3. Brush edges of wonton with water or egg, then fold both halves together to seal.
4. Trim excess dough if desired.
Makes 3" x 1.5" dumplings. Top rack dishwasher safe.
